Beautiful presentation for this pale to golden dress, of great shine. The first nose, very elegant and fresh, reveals mineral and floral aromas, accompanied by spices (pepper, ginger). The fruity expression then appears, illustrated by apricot, quince and vine peach. A complex and distinguished nose. Tasters agree to praise the qualities of this perfectly constructed wine, whose density and maturity of fruit are matched only by the energy provided by a vigorous acidity. A gourmet basket is quickly established (citrus zest, peach, apricot) in this mouth extremely salivating, juicy and racy, punctuated by a distinguished and long-line finish, finely saline, which makes you want to come back. Very good success that magnifies the expression of the grape variety.
