Produced in very small batches, this gin contains fresh notes of various citrus fruits such as lemon, bergamot, grapefruit, and scents of coriander and ginger.

This intense and unique winemaker's gin has been aged for more than 6 months in a barrel previously used to vinify Gewurztraminer. The maturing in cask has naturally sublimated it by giving it a spicy, round and beautiful amber colour.
