Marc de Gewurztraminer is one of Alsace's most popular " eaux-de-vie ". The marcs are what remains in the press. They are recovered and put in fermentation. Then distilled traditionally. This marc is very fruity and sweet. The marc of Gewurztraminer is the only eau-de-vie of Alsace to benefit from a controlled appellation.

The grapes are made from the gewurztraminer variety, the most fruity of the Alsatian grape varieties.

Distilled traditionally, our brandies are very fruity and collect all the intensity of the fruit from which they come. Their aging gives them a roundness that you will enjoy by tasting them.
