A yellow color with green reflections and aromas of ripe fruits like apricot and pear. In the mouth, this wine is sweet with a discreet and refreshing acidity. The rich finish gives a long after taste. Gewurztraminer, Auxerrois and Riesling take part in the blending of this wine, in good proportions.

Born of a joke between friends, this cuvée is a magnificent ode to joy and love. That day, the grapes were full of sugar, the best Rieslings and Pinots Auxerrois were harvested. The juice flowed fresh, limpid and deliciously scented. Jean Baptiste ADAM added the suavity and sensuality of the Gewurztraminer.
