For 4 people
- 1kg of potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 glass of oil
- Salt and pepper
- Grate the potatoes and chop the onion.
- Squeeze the potatoes to drain them well.
- Add the eggs to the grated potatoes, onion, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- In a hot frying pan, add oil and place a mat of potatoes to form patties. Press them down with a spoon. Brown the patties for several minutes on each side and serve immediately.
Golden and crispy, they can be eaten with a plate of cold cuts, a salad, or served as an accompaniment to a dish.
As for wine, they will be perfect with our 2019 Pinot Blanc "Les Natures" to bring a touch of lightness.
