Easy recipe



  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 glass of oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Parsley


  1. Grate the potatoes and chop the onion.
  2. Squeeze the potatoes to drain them well. 
  3. Add the eggs to the grated potatoes, onion, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley. Mix well. 
  4. In a hot frying pan, add oil and place a mat of potatoes to form patties. Press them down with a spoon. Brown the patties for several minutes on each side and serve immediately.

Golden and crispy, they can be eaten with a plate of cold cuts, a salad, or served as an accompaniment to a dish.

As for wine, they will be perfect with our 2019 Pinot Blanc "Les Natures" to bring a touch of lightness.
