Over the past few nights, sub-zero temperatures have caused frosts, risking the future harvest.
As the saying goes, "April makes the flower, May has the honor".
Fortunately, only minor damage was noted on some plots. We remain vigilant until the famous « Saintes-Glaces » (Three consecutive days around May 11th to 13th, traditionally associated with a risk of late frosts in Western Europe!).
