Wonderfully sunny, the “Kaefferkopf” is the pride of our vineyard. It stretches over several hills in the heart of the vineyards, at an altitude of 240 to 320 metres. The geological nature of its siliceous and granitic soil with a clay-limestone subsoil makes it an exceptional terroir.
Tasting note:
The nose captivates, with notes of dried flowers and yellow fruits, a nice balance between sweet spices and citrus zest, all electrified by a subtle tannic arc.
