700g of fresh salmon
4 tsp of olive oil
2 small shallots
3 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 lemon juice
1. To begin this recipe, start by removing the skin from the salmon. Then cut it into small cubes.
2. Chop the shallot and chives, previously rinsed with water.
3. In a salad bowl, mix the diced salmon, the chopped shallot and the chives.
4. Add the juice of one lemon, the olive oil and the worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve at mealtime.
Tip: In this recipe, you can also replace the fresh salmon with smoked salmon. You can also add avocado and mango for example.
